The site is currently occupied by a Texaco petrol filling station and two Victorian warehouse office buildings collectively known as Vintage House, which is used as office accommodation. The site fronts on to Albert Embankment which is characterised by a mix of uses and architectural styles.
The site lies in the Vauxhall and Nine Elms Opportunity Area, which promotes the creation of new jobs and the revitalisation of the area. Vintage House lies within the Albert Embankment Conservation Area.
